Manage your subscription
Open the billing controls in your Exepad account to review the current plan and payment settings. Check the selected account or workspace and the billing period before making a change.
Changing plans
Section titled “Changing plans”Review the price, allowances and timing shown before you confirm. Check the effect on your current app count, storage, custom domains and developer access.
Change plans on the Studio’s Plans page. The page shows what changes and when:
- From Free, Upgrade to Go or Upgrade to Pro opens checkout. The plan starts once the payment goes through, at the full monthly price, and a new billing period starts that day.
- From Go to Pro, Switch to Pro applies as soon as it is paid. You are charged the difference for the rest of the current billing period.
- From Pro to Go, or from either to Free, Switch to Go or Switch to Free applies at the end of the current billing period. You keep your current plan until then.
- Keep Go or Keep Pro, on your current plan, cancels a change that is waiting for the period’s end.
The billing portal keeps your card and invoices; plan changes happen on the Plans page. When Go or Pro ends, your apps and their data stay, but you cannot create or publish another until the account is within Free’s allowances. Live apps with data keep serving for 7 days and are then unpublished.
Payment and usage
Section titled “Payment and usage”A subscription charge and a top-up of your wallet are different transactions. Funds you add to your wallet are not invoiced: each payment is listed on Billing › Usage, under Show all activity. Review payment methods and invoices separately. Save the invoice reference when asking about a charge; never send full payment credentials in a support message.
Cancelling or getting help
Section titled “Cancelling or getting help”To cancel, select Switch to Free on the Plans page. Your plan ends at the end of the current billing period, and Keep Go or Keep Pro undoes it until then. If the controls or status are unclear, contact support with the account and invoice reference. Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the applicable terms and billing agreement.
