Managing users

When your app has a login, people who sign in become part of your app. As the owner, you get a place to see who they are and manage their access — all from your own tools, without touching anything technical.

Seeing who’s signed up

Your owner tools show you the people who have access to your app: their name, the email they signed in with, when they joined, and their role. You can search the list to find one person quickly, which is handy once your app has grown to more than a handful.

This is your at-a-glance answer to “who’s actually using this?” — useful for a members-only app, an internal tool, or any app where knowing your audience matters.

Managing access

As the owner, you’re in control of everyone’s access:

Add a person. Add someone directly by email so they can sign in, without waiting for them to find the app themselves.
Set roles. Promote a trusted colleague to admin, or move someone back to a regular member. This decides what each person can see and do — see Roles & access.
Reset a password. If someone who signed up with an email and password gets locked out, you can reset it for them.
Review a person. Open someone’s details to see their role and account information in one place.
Sign someone out. If you need to, you can end a person’s active sessions so they’re signed out everywhere.
Remove access. Take someone off the app entirely when they should no longer have access.

You stay in control

You’re always the owner of your app. New people signing in join as ordinary members and can only reach what their role allows — nobody gets admin powers unless you grant them. That means your app stays yours: you decide who’s in, what they can do, and when their access ends.
