Manage app users
The people using an app and the people managing it in Exepad have different roles. Define access to the app’s own records separately from access to Studio.
Review membership
Section titled “Review membership”Use the user and access controls available for the app. Check a person’s identity, role, and relevant project or workspace before changing their access. Keep the administrative interface restricted to the people responsible for it.
Test access changes
Section titled “Test access changes”After removing access or changing a role, check the result with that account, including an existing session and direct links. Decide what should happen to the person’s records and files. Removing access is not necessarily deletion of stored information.
Keep onboarding clear
Section titled “Keep onboarding clear”Explain how someone joins, what they can see, and where they ask for help. Test a new user with no existing records, as well as a returning user. Handle rejected or expired invitations clearly if invitations are part of the app.
