Orient yourself

Use the conversation to request changes and the preview to try their effect. Open the app’s available settings to review data, capabilities, access, publishing, and usage. Controls can differ with the app type and account permissions; follow the options shown for the current app.

Work with one clear task

Choose an example such as “A customer uploads a document and staff can find it.” Make one change, then repeat that example. Separate a display problem from a missing record or an access error when you report it.

Before leaving

Check the latest build result and the version you intend to use. A preview and a published link can represent different versions. Record unresolved behavior before handing the app to someone else.
