Refine your app by chatting
Open the app in Studio and describe the change you want. Point to the relevant page and behavior, and explain what should remain consistent.
Make the request concrete
Section titled “Make the request concrete”“Put overdue tasks first and keep completed tasks in their own filter” is easier to review than “improve the dashboard.” For a visual edit, name the element, the desired change, and the device where it matters.
Preserve the working journey
Section titled “Preserve the working journey”After a change, repeat a small test with existing records as well as new ones. Adding a field may affect old records. Changing access may affect links that people already use. Revising an agent’s instructions may change answers even when the screen looks the same.
If the result is wrong, explain the steps you took, what happened, and what you expected. Include the visible error without credentials or private customer data.
Review and publish separately
Section titled “Review and publish separately”Check the working version before updating the published app. Use the versions available in Studio when you need an earlier working version; restoring an app version is not a promise to restore its records or files.
