Forms
A form is how people send you information — a message, their details, an answer to a question. Exepad can add one to any app, keep every response safely, and let you know when something comes in. You don’t build it by hand; you ask for it.
What a form can do
Section titled “What a form can do”Forms cover most of the ways people reach out or sign up:
- Contact form — a name, email, and message so visitors can get in touch.
- Sign-up or lead capture — collect emails and details from people interested in what you offer.
- Survey or feedback — ask a few questions and gather the answers in one place.
- Application or request — let people apply, book a callback, or request a quote.
Ask for exactly the fields you want: “Add a contact form with name, email, and a message box,” or “Add a sign-up form that also asks which plan they’re interested in.”
Every submission is saved
Section titled “Every submission is saved”When someone fills in your form, Exepad keeps their response for you. Nothing is lost, and you don’t need a separate tool to catch it — it all lands in your app, ready to review whenever you like.
Each submission is marked as new until you’ve looked at it, so you can tell at a glance what still needs your attention and work through them at your own pace.
Get notified by email
Section titled “Get notified by email”You don’t have to keep checking. Ask Exepad to email you whenever someone submits — “Email me at me@mybusiness.com every time the contact form is filled in” — and a summary of each response arrives in your inbox.
You can also send an automatic reply back to the person who submitted, so they know you received it — a simple “Thanks, we’ll be in touch” confirmation.
Where submissions show up
Section titled “Where submissions show up”Your saved responses live alongside your app’s other information, where you can read through them, mark them handled, and export them if you want a copy. See Viewing & editing your data for how to browse and manage what your app has collected.
